At Weinland Maintenance LLC, we recently had the opportunity to assist a local contractor with a kitchen remodel in an older home in Horseshoe Bay. This wasn’t just an ordinary junk removal job, it was a comprehensive kitchen demolition and junk removal services project. We carefully removed kitchen appliances, protected the flooring and furniture, and installed dust protection throughout the space. Our team removed the cabinet hardware, venthood, blower, ducting, and the 1 1/4″ travertine stone countertop surface. We also took out the backsplash tile and the plywood underlayment, all while preserving the cabinets for future painting. After the demolition, we cleaned up the area with double HEPA filtration and neatly stacked the construction debris in the garage.
